India anti-dumping review of maleic anhydride

On August 31, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India reviewed anti-dumping investigations on maleic anhydride originating in China, Taiwan, and Indonesia during the anti-dumping investigation. As the applicant of this case has stopped the production of similar products, other domestic industries did not provide With regard to relevant information, it is no longer necessary to continue to determine the dumping margin and extent of damage of imported products. Therefore, it has decided to cancel the ruling on anti-dumping duties imposed on imported products that was made in September 2008.
