1. Inspection of optical and optical fiberscopes
When installing or replacing the endoscope, first turn off the light source switch;
When inspecting, the endoscope is kept at an appropriate distance from the object to be inspected; when the image of the side-view endoscope (probe) cannot be focused, the endoscope (probe) having a smaller diameter should be replaced;

2. Optical fiber flexible endoscope
When inspecting, the bend radius of the probe must not be less than the allowable minimum bend radius. When inspecting or passing through a curved channel, try to use an endoscope (probe) with directional control. When inserting or removing the probe, you need to control the direction and keep it in the right direction to avoid excessively twisting the direction control. When not in use, the probe direction control should be in the release position.
3, standard video endoscope
When in use, the boot sequence is: monitor, image recording transmission system..., processor, and finally turn on the light source switch. When installing or replacing an endoscopic probe, turn off the light source switch first. When shutting down, just in reverse order. When inspecting, the bend radius of the probe must not be less than the allowable minimum bend radius. When inspecting or passing through the curved passage, the direction of the probe should be controlled to maintain the correct direction. If necessary, it can be controlled by a tool with a rigid conduit to avoid excessive twisting of the direction control knob. When not in use, the probe direction control should be in the release position.
4, with a working channel video endoscope
When the robot enters the working channel of the endoscope, it should be in a tightened state, and the endoscope should be as straight as possible; according to the material of the excess material, the beginning, etc., properly select the appropriate robot to take out the excess. When grabbing, avoid unnecessary The object is pushed into an uncapable position, and the robot is not allowed to damage the product to be inspected.
