**Epoxy Cement Construction Process**
1. **Surface Preparation**
Before applying the epoxy mortar, the base surface must be thoroughly cleaned. Remove any loose particles, cement paste, or debris to expose a solid, clean base. Ensure that the surface is free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants. This step is crucial for achieving strong bonding between the mortar and the substrate.
2. **Material Preparation**
- Check the product packaging, specifications, model, and production date to ensure the material is within its warranty period.
- Open the package and inspect the A, B, and C components for damage, leakage, or moisture. The standard mixing ratio is A:B:C = 1:3:16.
- Mix A and B materials first in a 1:3 ratio, stirring until well blended. Then gradually add C while continuing to mix until a uniform, clay-like consistency is achieved.
3. **Application Instructions**
- Apply the prepared mixture to the damaged area using a trowel. Ensure even coverage and proper compaction.
- Allow the material to cure for 3 to 14 days before putting the structure back into service.
- The recommended dosage is approximately 2000 kg/m³.
**Precautions for Epoxy Mortar**
- The mixed material should be used within 45 minutes. Do not use if it has started to set or is not uniformly mixed.
- If A or B components have separated after long storage, shake them well before use.
**Packaging and Storage**
- Standard packaging: 20 kg ± 0.5 kg per barrel. Non-flammable and non-explosive, suitable for general cargo transportation.
- Store in a dry, cool place with a shelf life of 6 months.
