Founded in 1954, Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. was restructured on June 7, 1993, and became China’s first shipbuilding company to be listed both in Hong Kong (0317) and Shanghai (600685). As a core enterprise within China Shipbuilding Industry Group, it plays a vital role in South China’s modern shipbuilding sector. The company has its own import and export rights and has earned prestigious titles such as "Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in China" and "Top 500 Chinese Brands."
