Composition and working principle of various components of water pressure test equipment

The water gauge pressure test equipment is a test device for detecting the strength of water pressure and the sealing property of Beijing smart water meter. The water gauge pressure stand can not only check the water pressure and the watertightness of the water meter, but also test the performance of the tempered glass and water meter shell of the wet water meter.

The components of the water gauge pressure test equipment include: a clamp device component, a pressurization mechanism component, a pressure display gauge component, a timer component, and a control valve. Taking into account the convenience of use and the energy and space saving, the pressure test equipment can be combined with a single desktop or tandem water meter detection device, which is convenient, flexible and space-saving.

Next, I will introduce the composition and working principle of each component of the pressure test equipment one by one:

1. Clip device components: generally used hydraulic drive ‚ installation and use options either vertical or horizontal;

2. Pressurization mechanism components: According to the nature of the liquid not easy to compress and the transmission principle of static pressure, the booster piston cylinder is used as the device to meet the pressure required for the test. However, this method is only applicable to large-diameter water meters. Because the test volume of the small-diameter water meter itself is small, and the pressure caused by the electric pressure test pump is large, it is not suitable for use;

3. Pressure display instrument component: It is an instrument used to indicate the pressure of the test and the performance index reflecting the leak condition of the test system or the test water meter. Generally used is a pressure gauge with an accuracy of 1 or 1.5, a measuring range of 0 to 2.5 MPa, and a disc diameter of more than Y100. For high-pressure water meters, the pressure capacity of the pipeline system and the range of the pressure gauge should be more than twice the nominal pressure of the high-pressure water meter to be safe to use;

4. Timer components: Timers, as the name suggests, are devices that measure test time, either mechanical stopwatches or electronic stopwatches.
