When using a diesel engine as the power source, ensure the engine’s power is slightly higher than the pulverizer’s requirement, and that the pulley grooves match in size. Also, the outer faces of the pulleys must align on the same plane.
2. After installation, always check the tightness of all bolts. If any are loose, tighten them immediately.
3. Ensure the belt tension is appropriate and that the motor shaft and the pulverizer shaft are parallel.
4. Before starting the machine, manually rotate the rotor to check if the hammers, teeth, and rotor move smoothly and without obstruction. Confirm that the rotation direction matches the arrow on the machine and that the motor and crusher are properly lubricated.
5. Avoid changing the pulleys unless necessary, as incorrect pulleys may cause the machine to run too fast, leading to dangerous explosions, or too slow, reducing efficiency.
6. Once started, let the pulverizer idle for 2-3 minutes. Only feed material after confirming there are no abnormalities.
7. During operation, continuously monitor the machine. Feed material evenly to avoid blockages, and do not overload the machine for extended periods. If you notice unusual vibrations, noises, excessive heat, or material spraying, stop the machine immediately and resolve the issue before continuing.
