You can check whether the electric chain hoist you purchased is up to standard according to the following conditions:
1. The mechanical performance of the hook should meet the national regulations
2. The rated lifting weight of the chain hoist should be marked in the conspicuous position of the lower hook device. There should be a locking device to avoid accidental slipping of the rigging. The lower hook should be capable of 360-degree swiveling and flexible steering.
3. The hoisting chain of the electric chain hoist shall not be less than the provisions of GB/T 100511.1.
4. The lifting chain shall be equipped with guiding devices to assist the normal meshing of the chain with the lifting sprocket and the cruise ship. The unstressed end of the lifting chain should be provided with a limiting device that prevents the lifting chain from over-coiling away from the lifting sprocket.
5. The electric motor of the electric chain hoist must use an AC asynchronous motor. Thermal insulation of the motor insulation mechanism is not lower than Class B. Motor protection, etc. shall not be less than the specified IP level of GB/T 49422.1 (except for fans).
6. The electric motor winding of the electric chain hoist should withstand the withstand voltage test for 1 minute without insulation breakdown.
7. For motors with a rated power not greater than 1. 1 kW, the leakage current during the test shall not be greater than 10 mA. For motors with a rated power greater than 1.1 kW, the leakage current shall not exceed 20 mA during the test.
8. In the rated voltage, rated frequency and no-load status, the deviation of any one of the three-phase motor's three-phase current from the three-phase average value shall not be greater than the three-phase average value.
