Furnace localization provides technical support, saves technology introduction costs, saves energy and reduces consumption, and creates direct economic benefits of more than 20 million yuan.

Based on the introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation, WISCO Coking and Chemicals Co., Ltd. highlighted the importance of independent innovation in energy conservation and consumption reduction. Taking the new 7.63 m coke oven as a breakthrough, in the oven mode, the research and comparison of a variety of ovens at home and abroad, according to the refractories characteristics of the furnace, successfully developed a new technology for "coking oven gas negative pressure furnace." This technology is used for the first time on the same type of coke oven at home and abroad.

The new technology broke the monopoly of 7.63 meters coke oven overseas oven technology. Previously, the same type of coke oven oven technology used foreign gas pressure oven oven technology, and only one technology introduction cost was as high as 20 million yuan.

Two 7.63-meter coke oven gas negative pressure ovens significantly reduced the consumption of coke oven gas. This alone saved more than two million yuan. If the foreign large-scale coke oven positive pressure oven is copied, an average of 10,000 cubic meters of coke oven gas will be consumed per hour, and after adopting a new technology of negative pressure oven, the average consumed gas per hour is less than 6000 cubic meters. Two 7.63 meters coke ovens from the ignition oven to the end of the oven, the total consumption of coke oven gas decreased by more than 30%.
