b) Remove the weight and cable from the working port.
c) Remove the split pin of the cable fixing rod and remove the fixing rod to check the state of the bent part.
d) Use your finger to push the detection lever up and down to confirm normal rotation. If there is resistance to rotation, please clean it to make it rotate normally.
Note: There is no need to refuel the shaft portion and the rotating pulley portion of the detection lever. If lubricating oil or mechanical oil is added, it is easy to adhere to dust and other malfunctions.
e) Use your finger to turn the pulley to confirm that it is rotating normally. If there is resistance to rotation, it is necessary to replace the bearing of the pulley. Lubrication Maintenance The heavy hammer level gauge does not require lubrication.
For the replacement of the cable, replace the cable in the following order.
a) Remove the outer and outer casings of the weight level gauge.
b) Press the measurement switch and turn off the power after 2 to 3 seconds. At this time, please confirm whether the weight has dropped by more than 0.3m.
Note: When the cable is broken, do not press the measuring switch to cut off the power directly.
c) Remove the wiring cable connected to the weight level gauge terminal. At this time, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, r, and t symbols are attached to the end of the cable to distinguish the core wires of the cable.
d) Remove the ground wiring from the side.
e) Remove the mounting bolts from the flange.
f) Remove the heavy hammer level gauge with the cable drum facing up and horizontally.
g) Cut the cable near the fixed cable.
h) Remove the fixing bolts, washers, wire ends and split pins of the cable drum.
i) Pull out the cable reel upwards.
j) Cut off the end of the cable and take out the cable.
k) Pass the new cable through the hole in the cable drum and use the 5mm terminal for tail end treatment. At this time, the open end of the cable forms a ring shape.
l) The terminal mounting port and the shaft of the cable reel maintain a certain margin, and the cable is wound onto the cable reel. At this time, please be careful not to have a strong rope. Turn the cable reel around the wire by hand so that the cable will not be strong.
m) Insert the cable reel onto the spool shaft according to the position of the keyway. At this time, the end of the opposite side of the cable is held from the flange to maintain a margin of 1 to 2 m. That is, after installation, the weight is lowered to a position of 1 to 2 m.
n) Pass the cable from the pulley side through the rectangular lead hole of the detection lever up to the outside of the flange.
o) Remove the cable fixing rod and remove the pin.
p) The cable is passed through the cable fixing rod and the first end is fixed with a 4mm crimping terminal.
q) Install the crimp terminal and the connecting chain on the cable fixing rod.
r) Put the scale hammer into the silo and install the heavy hammer level gauge. At this time, please be careful not to damage the cable.
s) Check if the cable is coming off the pulley. If it falls off, the handle is inserted from the checkpoint, and the weight of the hammer is pulled up and the wire is hung into the pulley groove.
t) Restore the ground wire and cable connections.
u) If the power switch is turned ON, the weight will rise to the standby position, and press the measurement switch to confirm the measurement status.
v) Repeat the measurement for 2 to 3 times. If there is no abnormality, install the outer and outer casings and tighten the bolts to complete the work.
