New progress in the research of micro thermal control systems for engineering thermophysics

The control system occupies an important position in the operation of the gas turbine and can be called the brain of the gas turbine. However, its core technology has been monopolized by several large gas turbine manufacturers abroad. In response to these problems, the Light Power Laboratory of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences carried out research on the key technologies of micro gas turbine control systems and the development of numerical control systems, and achieved a series of progress.

In terms of control laws and key technologies of the algorithm, a gas turbine mathematical model was established for the characteristics and working characteristics of the micro gas turbine components. The characteristics of fuel control and adjustable guide vane control were revealed by the gas turbine model, and the fuel closed-loop control and adjustable guide vane control algorithms were formed, which provided important technical support for the micro-turbine numerical control system program design.

In terms of the design of software and hardware of numerical control systems, using the experience of foreign gas turbine numerical control systems for reference, the paper proposes a software and hardware design method for redundancy that can be expanded and portable, and constructs a micro gas turbine control hardware system. The control hardware system is shown in Figure 1. Show. In the aspect of numerical control system performance verification, through the gas turbine mathematical model, a software-in-loop simulation platform for the micro gas turbine numerical control system was built, and the performance of the numerical control system was preliminary evaluated. The application of the numerical control system semi-physical test and the micro-turbine was to be carried out. The mathematical model is shown in Figure 3.

The research has received funds from the front-line deployment of the director of the Director and the horizontal topics of a micro gas turbine control system, applied for and authorized 6 domestic invention patents, and applied for 1 international invention.
