On February 1, Yichang City Federation of Trade Unions started the first training course for migrant workers in 2009. The training course was held for the representatives of 42 outstanding migrant workers from Black Cyclone Saw Industry Co., Ltd. The training includes basic knowledge such as work instructions, fire safety, pension insurance and work injury, and safety accident prevention.
