We are processing a 6 M6 tapped hole on the forklift axle of the forklift truck and a 6-φ7mm hole on the oil seal retaining ring as shown in Fig. 1. Because the two are mutually matched, we have designed a one-die and two-purpose drill. The mold, proven to use, works well. The drilling mold structure is shown in Fig. 2. The drill sleeve 4 is a 6-M6 hole on the processing hub, and the drill sleeve 6 is a 6-φ7 mm hole on the processing oil seal retaining ring.
