Traditional permanent magnet type bearingless motor rotor field oriented decoupling control strategy suspension force algorithm The high nonlinearity between clutter, suspension force and suspension control current is limited in high speed application. This paper is based on permanent magnet type bearingless motor suspension. Force generation mechanism, aligning a kind of externally mounted permanent magnet type bearingless motor with torque winding air field directional control. Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet type bearingless motor dq, the torque winding air gap magnetic field orientation coordinate system is derived. The motor suspension force, air gap flux linkage and torque mathematical model are used to construct the air gap magnetic field orientation control system of permanent magnet type bearingless motor, which can deal with the shortcomings of rotor field oriented control, and then correct its The feasibility of the simulation is verified. The simulation results show that the motor not only completes the decoupling control between torque and suspension force, but also has outstanding dynamic and static functions.
