1. Is the RTZ-21Q type or the RTZ-31Q type gas pressure regulating box selected?
My opinion is to use the RTZ-21Q type pressure regulating box, based on:
1.1 RTZ-21Q has better adaptability than RTZ-31Q when the pressure in the medium pressure pipe network is low.
RTZ-21Q surge tank inlet pressure range: 0.02 ~ 0.2 MPa
RTZ-31Q surge tank inlet pressure range: 0.05 ~ 0.4 MPa
When using liquefied gas or liquefied gas mixed air, the medium pressure pipe network pressure fluctuation range is 0.02 ~ 0.08 MPa; when using natural gas, the medium pressure pipe network pressure fluctuation range is 0.03 ~ 0.2 MPa; using RTZ-21Q can fully meet two The gas pressure fluctuation range, and the RTZ-21Q has better adaptability than the RTZ-31Q under low pressure conditions.
1.2 When the inlet pressure is low, the calculated flow rate of the RTZ-21Q is higher than that of the RTZ-31Q. The calculated flow rate of the pressure tank is the most unfavorable when the medium pressure pipe network is the lowest, that is, the flow rate of the pressure regulating tank when the inlet pressure of the pressure regulating tank is the lowest.
The RTZ-21Q is compared to the RTZ-31Q flow (air) list at different inlet pressures as follows:

1. A- stands for RTZ-21Q traffic; B- stands for RTZ-31Q traffic.
2. The pressure at the outlet of the regulator is 2.5 to 3.0 kPa.
For natural gas, the minimum inlet pressure of the surge tank (pressure tank design pressure) is 0.07 MPa. When the inlet pressure is between 0.05 and 0.1 MPa, the RTZ-21Q is twice the flow rate of the RTZ-31Q.

From this table you can conclude:
For liquefied gas-natural gas medium pressure pipe network, the pressure regulating box should be selected according to the conditions of natural gas. The selected pressure regulating box can meet the requirements of liquefied gas and natural gas.
3. It is clear that the calculated flow rate of the gas pressure regulating tank should be 1.2 times the calculated flow rate of the user gas.
