(1) The speed reducer should always check the oil level of the oil standard. After the first 500 hours of operation, drain the oil and replace it with fresh oil.
(2) Fans, motors, and reducers must be inspected according to the corresponding product specifications before operation. In particular, the motor wiring should be wired according to the wiring diagram provided by the motor manufacturer. Sometimes the parties indicate inconsistency and may cause wiring errors. Start up after meeting the requirements, start sequence, from low speed to high speed. After the blade angle is installed according to the specified value of the sample, if the high-speed running current exceeds the rated value, the speed should be stopped and contact with our factory. The standard for adjusting the fan blade angle to meet the requirements is: A. The height difference Δh between the upper and lower points is obtained by scribing the upper and lower edges of each fan blade at 150 mm from the air cylinder. The difference between the maximum and minimum Δh values ​​of each blade is not allowed. More than 2mm; B, the elevation value of the upper edge of the blade at 150mm from the air cylinder, the difference between the maximum and minimum of each blade elevation value shall not exceed 0.002R (R is the fan radius); C, the motor current is equal to the rated at high speed operation The value is 0.9 to 0.95.
(3) If the quality of circulating water or supplementary water is poor, water quality stabilization measures should be taken, and a side filter should be installed.
(4) FRP is a combustion body. Therefore, open fires must not be used when cooling towers are repaired. If fires are used, appropriate safety measures must be taken, and fire safety and safety departments must be approved. Full-time firefighters and fire-fighting facilities are present. If flame-retardant FRP is required, it is required to increase the corresponding cost when ordering.
(5) Technical indicators such as thermal performance, noise and vibration are responsible for the design by the Fourth Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and the cooling tower production plant is responsible for the product quality. If the Fourth Department of Machinery Department is required to assist in supervising the quality, the user, the cooling tower production plant and the four departments of the Ministry of Machinery will jointly sign a technical agreement.
