The electrical parameters of the products under investigation are: base phosphorus resistivity <300 ohms (Ω cm); base boron resistivity <2600 ohms (Ω cm); carbon concentration >1.0×1016 (at/cm3); n-type minority The carrier lifetime is <500 μs; the donor impurity concentration is >0.3×109; the acceptor impurity concentration is >0.083×109.
Main use: It is mainly used in the production of solar grade monocrystalline silicon rods and directional solidified polycrystalline silicon ingots. It is the main raw material for producing crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells.

Third, temporary anti-dumping measures
