Loader safety procedures

1. General safety precautions

1 Drivers and related personnel must carefully read the maintenance and repair instructions or operation and maintenance manuals provided by the manufacturer before using the loader, and do as required by the materials. Failure to do so will result in serious consequences and unnecessary losses.

2 Drivers should wear safety equipment and wear the necessary protective equipment.

3 In the case of a small or hazardous area of the work area, a warning sign must be displayed within its range or at a dangerous point.

4 Drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking or excessively fatigued driving.

5 When performing maintenance or inspection work in the central hinge area, install an “anti-rotation lever” to prevent the front and rear frames from rotating relative to each other.

6 After the loader has stopped, load the machine up and down where there is a ladder armrest. Never jump up and down while the loader is working or walking.

7 When repairing the loader requires lifting the arm, the raised boom must be secured to ensure that the boom will never fall under any maintenance conditions.

2. Safety precautions before starting the engine

1 Check and ensure that the illumination of all lamps and the indicators are displayed properly. In particular, check the normal display of the turn signal and the brake indicator.

2 Check to make sure that no one is working under the car or near the loader when starting the engine to ensure that no accidents will occur.

Endanger the safety of yourself or others.

3 The shifting joystick of the front loader should be pulled to the neutral position.

4 For brake systems without emergency braking, the hand brake handle plate should be placed in the parking position.

5 Only start or run the engine in a place with good air flow. When operating indoors, connect the exhaust port of the engine to or from the outside.

3. Safety precautions after engine start and operation

1 After the engine is started, wait for the brake air pressure to reach the safe air pressure before starting to ensure the braking safety during driving. Press the emergency and parking brake valve button with emergency brake (only when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting air pressure, the button can be pressed, otherwise it will automatically jump when pressed), so that the emergency and parking brake can be released. Hang up the I block. For emergency braking, simply lower the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.

2 Remove the faulty objects on the road when the loader is on the road. Pay special attention to obstacles such as iron blocks and ditches to avoid cutting the tires.

3 Adjust the rearview mirror so that the driver can have the best view when he is seated.

4 Ensure that the loader's horn, back light, and all safety devices work properly.

5 When you are about to start or when the steering is flexible and in place, you should first press the horn to warn the surrounding people to pay attention to safety.

6 Before starting to walk, all the joysticks, pedals, and steering wheel should be tested once, and it is determined that it is in a normal state before starting to enter the work. Pay special attention to check whether the steering and braking are in good condition. Make sure that the steering and braking are completely normal before starting operation.

7 When traveling, place the bucket at a height of about 400 mm from the ground. When working on a mountain slope or crossing obstacles such as ditches, slow down and make small corners. Be careful to avoid tipping. When the loading surface starts to slide to the side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded immediately to prevent it from continuing to slide down.

8 Try to avoid too many tires and excessive slippage during the operation; try to avoid two-wheel suspension, and do not allow only two rounds to land and continue to work.

When the tractor is used as a tractor, it is only allowed to be attached to the towing device. It is not allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a certain safety distance must be maintained to prevent a safety accident.

4. Safety precautions during shutdown

1 The loader should be parked on the ground and the bucket should be placed on the ground. When the engine is turned off, it is necessary to repeatedly move the work device operating handle to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder is in a no-pressure rest state. When the loader can only be parked on a ramp, the tires should be secured.

2 place the various handles in neutral or intermediate position

3 First remove the electric lock key, then turn off the main power switch, and finally close the door and window.

4 It is not allowed to stop in an open fire or high temperature area to prevent the tire from exploding due to heat and causing an accident.

5 When using a combination valve or a gas tank to inflate the tire, people should not stand on the front of the tire to prevent the explosion from injuring people.
