The company stated that the spray should not be used where direct contact or rubbing can occur. Vantablack S-VIS is designed to protect objects that must be sealed or stored in specific glass and protective layers, and can only be used on fixed surfaces that can withstand high temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius.
