1. When the anodized profile enters the coloring tank, it must maintain a large inclination and be placed in the middle of the two poles to ensure that the right and left poles are equal. At the same time, the area of ​​the materials to be fed is controlled, and the total surface area of ​​each hanging material is not more than 44?.

2, check the bath concentration, whether it meets the process requirements.

3. When the power transmission is coloring, the driving hook and the conductive beam hook must be disengaged, and it can stand for 0.5 to 1 minute to send power to coloring.

4. The color voltage of the same color must be equal, and adjust the power supply voltage before coloring.

5. When the coloring is over, it must be hoisted immediately. The bath should be drained as soon as possible. Transfer to the sink as soon as possible. Do not stay in the coloring tank. Strictly control the air lifting time, fully wash the acid in the profile hole before using the color. Plate color, color comparison, master profile color slightly darker than the model color. When the color is too light, refill the coloring tank with a power-on complementary color. When the color is too dark, re-inserted into the coloring tank (without power) or the acid sink behind the oxidation tank fades.

6, because the golden color can not fade, set the coloring time should not be too long.

7. The colored sections should be fully washed with acid water after two stages of washing before electrophoresis or sealing can be performed.

8, to enhance the washing before dyeing, the workpiece should be fully washed after removal from the anodizing tank, especially the workpiece slits, blind holes, etc., otherwise the residual acid, alkali will slowly flow out during the dyeing process, so that the dyeing solution The pH value deviates from the normal range, and makes the surface of the residual acid and alkali sites have a significant difference in color and clean spots, and even oxidizes the oxide film to show white color.

9, dyeing after anodization, the workpiece immediately after anodization dyeing. If the workpiece is anodized and exposed to air for an extended period of time, the pores of the film will shrink, and stains may get on the surface, resulting in difficulty in dyeing. If the dyeing tank is too small to be dyed in batches, the dyeings should be soaked in clean water.

10, the workpiece can not be overlapped when dyeing, the workpiece can not be overlapped when dyeing, especially the plane part, or because the overlapping parts are covered to form the yin and yang.

11, to enhance the dyeing after washing, if the surface of the workpiece is not washed clean, leaving residual pigment will contaminate the assembly.
