Nanping Aluminum Releases Interim Provisions for Management of Major R&D Projects

In order to establish an effective mechanism to promote the initiative and enthusiasm of the company's technical personnel to participate in scientific and technological research projects, and lay the foundation for the transformation of the company's product structure to high-value-added products. Recently, Fujian Nanping Aluminum Company released Nan Al-Tech [2015] No. 30 Interim Regulations on the Administration of Major R&D Projects.

The interim regulations mainly include the organizational structure and responsibilities; project establishment and grading; project implementation; project modification, suspension and acceptance; project cost management; allowances, awards, and assessments, etc. The establishment of a major R&D project to be implemented by the company will be established. The system will have an important impact on promoting the trial and promotion of major new product R&D, major process improvement and technical breakthroughs, as well as basic research in aluminum industry and future product direction research.
