Steering wheel locks are essential car accessories designed to prevent vehicle theft. Based on their shape, they are mainly categorized into U-shaped, T-shaped, and baseball-type steering wheel locks. The armor lock is considered one of the most secure options. Unlike other locks that may be easily cut or removed with basic tools, the armor lock uses a unique locking mechanism. It is designed to wrap around the steering wheel’s spokes, with a steel cover that protects both the rim and the spokes. This makes it extremely difficult for thieves to remove the lock using a saw or other cutting tools. Additionally, the lock cylinder is made with high-quality materials that are heat-treated and resistant to sawing and hydraulic shearing. The key components are also protected against universal keys, making it nearly impossible for a locksmith to open without the correct key.

How It Works
The working principle of a steering wheel lock is relatively simple. Most vehicles have a notch on the steering column. When the key is removed, the lock tongue from the ignition lock moves into this notch, effectively locking the steering wheel in place. However, some models may not fully immobilize the steering wheel, allowing it to be turned with considerable force. This is usually done to prevent damage to the ignition system if someone tries to force the wheel.

Installation and Usage Guide
1. Before first use, adjust the lock fork according to the instructions. Use the Allen key provided to loosen the hexagonal screws on the lock fork, allowing it to rotate freely.
2. Place the open part of the lock on top of the steering wheel. Rotate the fork so that the distance between the two arms is slightly less than the inner diameter of the steering wheel. Once properly adjusted, tighten the screws to secure the position.
3. When locking your car, face the trademark side of the lock towards you. Hold the lock body with your right hand and gently pull the lock fork with your left.
4. Position the lock fork on the left side of the steering wheel, then pull the lock body toward the right. Lift the handle until you hear a “click†sound, confirming that the lock is securely engaged.
