The quality inspection requirements for the group fan workshop are as follows:

After the group fan is completed, a quality inspector will conduct a sample check and affix a certificate before the product leaves the factory.

The milling drain hole should have a diameter of 5mm and a depth of 20mm. It must be placed within the cavity containing the reinforced steel, without piercing through the cavity.

For 80 double beads and 60 double beads, the cut angle must be precisely 45 degrees to ensure proper fit and alignment.

If the frame height is less than 1200mm and the fan height is less than 700mm, no additional profile steel is required, and the installation should follow the specified guidelines.

The position of the fixtures must be aligned with the drawing specifications to maintain consistency and accuracy.

The finished product should be clearly marked with its specifications and model. Any deviation will prevent it from entering the warehouse, and the welding shop will be held responsible for any resulting issues.

The top pieces should not be too long or too short. They must be adjusted according to the fan length, and the pulleys and pads should be properly secured.

The cut corners must achieve a clean, precise appearance, following the groove and rule standards.

For group frames, at least three screws should be used for frames below 1500mm, and four screws for frames with a central section. The pressure for 60 double beads should be standard. The 60 double beads must not be replaced if they are too short or too long.

After welding, a quality inspector will conduct a sampling inspection to ensure compliance with all standards.
